Four Points by Sheraton Matosinhos is candidate for the National Urban Rehabilitation Awards!

Since the beginning of the project, its location was of great importance for Mercan Properties. Within the concept of NYC Broadway, the Four Points by Sheraton Matosinhos and its interconnection with the existing routes and streets promoted the expansion of the urban city center, set out according to the Proposal for the Delimitation of the Urban Rehabilitation Area of south Matosinhos.

According to the building guidelines, Mercan Properties have chosen authentic materials, combined with several surrounding elements such as the sea, nature, the sun, and the city’s industry. This narrative mixes simplicity with the contemporary lines and vintage models of the project, to promote the city’s memory with an experience of great comfort and relaxation.
