Sé Catedral, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton nominated for the SIC and Expresso Real Estate Awards

The ceremony will be held in Guimarães on October 19th.

These awards have a total of 8 categories, with a total of 54 candidates. On this 5th edition, two nominations have been added to the board standing for "Innovation in Construction" and "Economic Social and Environmental Impact".

Sé Catedral Hotel, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is a candidate for the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction - Commerce category, a noble recognition of the quality of our work and operations.

The project was developed by Mercan Properties, with the planning of NN Arquitetura e Planeamento studio, and designed by Nano Design. With 77 rooms in a relaxed atmosphere, Sé Catedral Hotel opens its doors to the beautiful city of Porto, with a privileged location above the Sé Cathedral, built in the 12th century in one of the oldest European urban centers, now a UNESCO heritage site.

Organized by the Impresa Group, the ceremony will be held in Guimarães on October 19, where the jury will award the main winners of the competition. This is the second time Mercan Properties has had the privilege of promoting another project to such renowned real estate awards.
