April was a month of anniversaries for Mercan Portugal, and today we celebrate the very first year of operation at the Renaissance Porto Lapa Hotel.

The Renaissance Porto Lapa Hotel, a pioneering symbol of sustainability and design in the heart of Porto, celebrates its first anniversary. As part of Mercan Portugal’s portfolio, this project has completely transformed a previously revamped area into an outstanding hotel that makes the way for the city center’s very first green park.
