Mercan Projects: Ocean View Hotel Santo André is taking shape

The construction of the upcoming Mercan Hotel project in Santo André - Santiago do Cacém - is moving forward continuously, with several significant milestones reached in recent weeks. At Mercan Properties, we are dedicated to achieving excellence at every project stage, ensuring the final result elevates top-tier quality and comfort for our future guests.

Work on the interior masonry continues on floor -1, creating the structural framework that will shape the interior spaces. On the exterior, the facade has reached the plastering stage, and preparations are now underway for the installation of thermal insulation, a crucial step in guaranteeing energy efficiency and long-term comfort for future occupants.

Simultaneously, significant progress has been made in the installation of water supply and sanitation networks, both vital to the functionality and sustainability of the development. In addition, the team has been diligently working on the pathways for electrical cables, ensuring that the building’s power systems are both reliable and future-proof.

Inside, we have begun installing ventilation ducts, which will play a key role in maintaining optimal air quality throughout the development. Another important phase has also started, with the installation of plasterboard partitions in the bedroom areas, marking the beginning of the interior division work that will define the living spaces.

As these developments, we remain focused on maintaining the highest standards at every stage of construction. The Santo André project continues to take shape, and we are excited to share further updates as we move closer to completion.
