Available from Monday to Friday, the “Lunches at Chaparro Alentejano” offer a diverse selection of dishes throughout the week. On Mondays, enjoy pork cheek with sweet potato purée, while Tuesdays feature stuffed turkey with golden potatoes and creamed spinach. Wednesdays are reserved for the famous grilled pork secretos with tomato migas, Thursdays bring carne de porco à alentejana (Alentejo-style pork), and Fridays highlight codfish fritters (pataniscas de bacalhau) with bean rice.

The menu also includes appetizers to whet your appetite, such as tomatada, farinheira pastry, or chickpea salad with codfish, as well as essential desserts like sweet migas, baba de camelo, or sericaia. The gastronomic experience is complemented by a selection of drinks, including a glass of wine, beer, soft drinks, or water, along with coffee.

On weekends, the “Sunday Tradition at the Table” is ideal for gathering with family or friends over a lunch filled with conversations, toasts, and reunions, evoking the comforting feeling of being truly at home. The star of the menu is the hearty and nourishing cozido de grão alentejano (Alentejo chickpea stew), available in two versions:

  • The all-inclusive menu includes couvert, the main dish, a dessert of your choice, drinks, and coffee.
  • The economic menu includes couvert and the main dish, with drinks not included.
