Holiday Inn Beja invests in the corporate segment with meeting rooms and event facilities

With a strategic location, Holiday Inn Beja strengthens its focus on the corporate segment. It offers versatile spaces designed to accommodate meetings, conferences, and events.

Located on the -1 floor of this four-star hotel, two multifunctional rooms have been created, each named after renowned local artists. These spaces are equipped with advanced audiovisual technology, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and accessibility for guests with reduced mobility, as well as personalized catering services that include lunches, dinners, coffee breaks, coffee stations, cocktails, and canapés.

"It is important for us to offer this service to the city, complementing the accommodation experience with two fully adaptable and modular spaces, perfect for any event, from wine tastings to large conferences. Holiday Inn Beja is ready to customize and adjust these spaces to meet various needs and requirements", says Diogo Fragoso, the hotel’s general manager.

The Florbela Espanca room is 25 square meters and can accommodate up to 12 people, with a central table and several power outlets. The Mário Beirão Room is 250 square meters, offers flexible layouts, from theater-style seating to banquets, and has a capacity of up to 200 guests, equipped with professional sound and projection systems.

In addition to these event spaces, Holiday Inn Beja offers 95 rooms on four floors, a restaurant serving traditional Alentejo cuisine - Chaparro Alentejano, a gym, laundry and ironing services, a rooftop terrace and an outdoor swimming pool.

With a strong connection to the city of Beja and its cultural heritage, the hotel's interior design pays tribute to two iconic Alentejo poets, Florbela Espanca and Mário Beirão. This is reflected in the artwork throughout the hotel, from the facade designed by artist Vhils to the handmade tapestries in the lobby by visual artist Silvia Maria Perloiro.
