AHM and Hilton Garden Inn Évora awarded at Xénios 2025

The winners were announced at the gala held this Thursday, March 20, at the end of the first day of the 21st Congress of the Association of Hotel Directors of Portugal (ADHP), taking place at INATEL Caparica. As usual, alongside the winners in the jury-voted categories, the Career Award was also presented, chosen directly by ADHP’s Board of Directors.

As is tradition, the Xénios Awards honor hotel management professionals in Portugal who stood out in 2024, as well as the Best Business Partner. This year, there were eight award categories, with the addition of a new one: Best Revenue Management Manager.

An initiative by the Association of Hotel Directors of Portugal, the Xénios aims to recognize the best hotel directors and the top industry partners, based on performance over the past year. After an online vote, three finalists are selected in each category, and the jury chooses the winner from among them.

In this year's edition of Xénios 2025, Susana Nero, from AHM – Ace Hospitality Management was distinguished with the ‘Best Room Division Director’ award, and Carolina Nogueira de Lemos was awarded the 'Best Director of Sales/Marketing’, in recognition of the excellent work done at Hilton Garden Inn Évora.

In addition, as in previous editions, the ADHP Board once again presented the Career Award, which honors a standout individual in the sector. This year, the award went to António Aguiar, a respected figure in the hospitality industry and former president of the Association of Hotel Directors of Portugal.
