With the arrival of spring and longer days, Easter is the perfect opportunity to gather the family around the table without rushing. Located in the heart of downtown Porto, the Arts Hotel Porto is preparing an exclusive menu to celebrate the holiday, featuring traditional flavors, an art workshop, and an egg hunt for the little ones.

On Easter Sunday, April 20, Arts Hotel Porto will open its doors for a special lunch where tradition and creativity come together to create meaningful family moments, offering something for every taste and age.

The meal begins with a selection of starters that highlight the best of Easter tradition: savory sausage bread, Easter folar (sweet or savory festive bread), and Avintes cornbread, served with olive tapenade and flavored butter. This is followed by a bold yet delicate toast topped with smoked mackerel, red onion, roasted peppers, and cherry tomatoes.

For the main courses, guests can choose between codfish and fish roe bread stew or a juicy sirloin steak served with potato mille-feuille and grilled vegetables—two comforting dishes that showcase the best flavors from land and sea. As Easter is known for its sweet treats, the dessert buffet includes a wide variety to please all palates, from the classic biscuit cake to chocolate mousse, raspberry cheesecake, and egg pudding.

Since Easter is a time for the whole family to celebrate, children will have their special menu, including vegetable cream soup, grilled chicken steak, or a hamburger. The celebration continues into the afternoon with the “Oficina d’Arts” (Arts Workshop), where at 3:00 PM, the little ones will receive mini-chef hats and be invited to decorate Easter eggs in a fun activity held on the hotel’s terrace. The day wraps up with the traditional and much-anticipated Golden Egg Hunt, with eggs hidden throughout the space—a challenge to delight every child.

Easter Lunch at the Arts Hotel Porto is priced at €35.00 per person and includes a selection of drinks such as still and sparkling water, draft beer, sangria, white and red wine, and coffee. Children up to 4 years old eat for free, and kids up to 12 years old enjoy a 50% discount on the menu price.
