Porto Art’s Suites rehabilitation going smoothly

Porto Art’s Suites rehabilitation is progressing at a fast pace. This new hospitality project is in the historic Fontainhas neighborhood and will offer 24 fully furnished, serviced apartments, designed with comfort, natural light, and plenty of elegance.

This development will serve as an extension to the nearby Arts Hotel Porto, with access to its restaurant and pool, reinforcing Mercan's vision of integrated, high-quality hospitality experiences.

Ideally situated just steps from the Infante Bridge and within walking distance of the Douro River, Porto Art’s Suites is aimed at connecting guests and the local community. Next to the bustling street of Santa Catarina, it faces the spectacular São João National Theater, and the Porto Coliseum concert hall is close by.

The project is part of the rehabilitation of Properties of Patrimonial Interest of the city of Porto.
