Holiday Inn Beja welcomes Spring with a Pool Opening Party

Holiday Inn Beja, located just a few meters from the city center, welcomes spring with the Pool Opening Party, which will also mark the reopening of its rooftop.

With live DJ music and sharing bites, the event takes place next April 24 and has free admission.

The event is scheduled for 5:00 PM, with a flute of sparkling wine marking the first toast of the evening. At the hotel’s rooftop bar, you’ll find classics like mojitos, caipirinhas, daiquiris, margaritas, and many more.

To satisfy your appetite, there’s a wide range of sharing bites, including green bean tempura with tartar sauce (€7), croquettes with Ribeira mint mayonnaise (€8), charcuterie board (€14) and regional cheese board (€14), codfish cakes (€6), and vegetable samosas (€6). There’s also a varied selection of fresh, colorful, and nutritious salads, featuring the classic Caesar salad (€11), chicken (€12), or shrimp (€14).

The food offering also includes snacks and sandwiches, such as hummus and roasted veggie wrap (€10), “our bifana” (€11), black pork prosciutto and Alentejo cheese sandwich (€10), and the “Chaparro Alentejano” burger (€14). Margherita (€12) and Pepperoni (€13) pizzas will also be available, as well as a grilled Mertolengo veal steak with sautéed vegetables (€23).

For those who don’t skip the sweetest combinations, the menu includes sweet migas with apple (€5), sericaia with Elvas plums (€6), ricotta tart with tomato jam (€6), and camel drool mousse with almonds (€5).
