How does your role as Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator contribute to Mercan Properties’ communication strategy?

As Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator, I play a central role in ensuring that all digital initiatives support Mercan Properties’ long-term communication strategy. My work involves planning and implementing omnichannel marketing projects that are aligned with our brand values and business goals.

From enhancing online performance to managing content strategy, I focus on delivering cohesive and data-driven messaging that builds trust with a wide range of audiences — including investors, partners, and internal stakeholders. Our Marketing & Communications team ensures that every communication reflects our commitment to excellence, innovation, and clarity.

What is the biggest challenge in communicating with such diverse audiences, especially given their different cultural backgrounds?

One of the main challenges lies in creating communication that resonates across different markets while maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity. At Mercan Properties, we engage with a global network from over 30 countries, each with distinct cultural perspectives and expectations.

To address this, we prioritize cultural awareness, use adaptive messaging strategies, and focus on delivering clear and respectful communication. This allows us to build meaningful relationships and ensure our message reflects the reliability and professionalism that define the Mercan brand.

When creating projects, how do you ensure creativity supports Mercan’s business goals?

Creativity at Mercan is always guided by purpose and strategy. Every project is built on a clear understanding of our objectives, audience profiles, and project positioning.

By combining visual storytelling, structured content, and performance insights, we always aim for the purpose that each project engages and delivering tangible value. Creativity becomes a bridge between business goals and audience experience.

As a link between different teams and departments, how do you make sure communication stays consistent with Mercan’s vision?

Consistency starts with clarity. I work closely with teams across marketing, project development, sales, and operations to ensure that every message — internal or external — reflects our brand values and strategic vision.

By maintaining alignment through planning tools, structured workflows, and brand guidelines, I help deliver communications that are coherent, impactful, and in line with Mercan’s positioning.
