Porto Art’s Suites Construction Progressing Steadily with Opening in the Horizon

Located in Porto’s Downtown, Porto Art’s Suites is part of the rehabilitation of properties of patrimonial interest, contributing to the preservation and revitalization of the city’s historic urban landscape.

Construction is currently reaching its final phase and progressing steadily. Painting works in the units and corridors have been completed, as have carpentry works, and the façades are now fully finalized. The testing and commissioning of the building services installations are scheduled for the beginning of the first quarter of 2026.
