The night of February 14 deserves a good dose of romance and togetherness, so Renaissance Porto Lapa Hotel has prepared a special Valentine’s dinner, designed to be savored in the best company and accompanied by live music, setting the tone for an intimate, sophisticated, and welcoming atmosphere.

Created by Executive Chef Miguel Pinto, the menu begins with an amuse-bouche featuring lobster, cream cheese, and lemon, followed by a warm starter made with asparagus, peas, green beans, and curry. The fish course features sea bass, with shrimp ravioli, cilantro, bimi, and a champagne sauce taking center stage, while in the meat course, duck leg reigns with celeriac, orange, and kale. In the indulgent world of dessert, the highlight goes to the combination of dark chocolate, black cherry, tonka bean, and hazelnut, promising to end the meal on a high note.

Valentine’s Day dinner at Renaissance Porto Lapa Hotel begins at 8:00 p.m. and is priced at 70 euros per person, with a selection of included beverages, covering water, soft drinks, juices, beer, and aged white and red wines.
