On Sunday, February 15, the difficulty of choosing begins at the bakery and pastry station, which remains a must-stop, with highlights ranging from the irresistible pão de queijo to the French croissant, along with a selection of cheeses and cured meats and rosemary and sun-dried tomato focaccia or chicken wings.

Next come the salads, ranging from more classic options to more exotic combinations, such as cucumber, pineapple, lime, and mint, or hearts of palm salad with cherry tomatoes and cilantro.
