Chaparro Alentejano Celebrates Easter With Special Lunch

The Chaparro Alentejano restaurant, at Holiday Inn Beja, will mark Easter with a special lunch on April 5, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., featuring a set menu with drinks included and traditional seasonal dishes. The proposal is designed to bring families and groups of friends together around the table in an atmosphere of comfort, sharing, and tradition.

According to the information released, the venue is once again pairing regional cuisine with the welcoming atmosphere that has defined its special occasions, turning Sunday lunch into a moment of Easter celebration in the heart of Beja.

The menu is priced at 37 euros per person and includes bread, olives, and savory pastries on arrival. For starters, guests will be able to enjoy wild asparagus migas, a charcuterie board, and scrambled eggs with farinheira, in a selection inspired by traditional Portuguese and Alentejo flavors.

For the main course, guests can choose between roast lamb and roasted cod, two classic Easter dishes. The meal ends with Easter folar for dessert. Water, soft drinks, beer, and house-selected wine are also included.

In addition to the lunch service at the restaurant, Chaparro Alentejano is also offering roast lamb as takeout, at 25 euros per portion, for those who prefer to celebrate the occasion at home.

With this initiative, the restaurant reinforces its commitment to regional cuisine and to highlighting the flavors associated with Easter tradition, promoting a meal designed to be enjoyed slowly in a family setting.
